after two months in NVC finally

hello all , after two months in NVC process the US. embassy accepted the expedite process we just got an emaii for an appointment.

we got in email :

We are in receipt of your immigration file. Please see attached your appointment letter. Also please follow and complete instructions provided in the below link;

after checking the attached file i found :

my interview date is located

Case Number: my case number

last line is it mean that packet 4 is included in the case? or i have to send again to embassy or what to do? any advice guys?

am i need to pay any fees or set an appointment like the normal visa process?

You'll have to deal with the embassy for anything else not the NVC.

I suggest either posting in your regional forum or in the embassy and consulate forum.
