WELL MY HUSBAND HAD HIS INTERVIEW AND THE CONSULATE SAID THEY NEEDED TO SEE THE PETITIONER

JOINT SPONSOR I-864A INCOME TAX RETURN N W2

THATS ALL THEY NEED THEY SAID

IS IT POSSIBLE TO JUST SCAN IT AND MY HUSBAND CAN PRINT IT OUT

IN THE PHILIPPINES?

THE THING IS THEY TOLD HIM TO SEND IT A 2GO BRANCH :( I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS

OR IS IT POSSIBLE IF I CAN SEND IT? IM SO SAD RIGHT NOW PLS HELP

They need the i-864a with original signature so you will have to mail it to your husband together with the ITR and W2. Use Fedex or DHL.

When your husband receives the documents, he will send it to the US Embassy via 2GO together with a copy of the 221g form.

How long will this take when hell get his visa? Cus dey took his passport n comfirm delivery for visa It depends. There's no specific timeframe for 221g. Expect a few days or weeks of delay. Don't book his flight until he has the visa on-hand.

I'm currently in the NVC stage, waiting for AOS invoice. content.gif

He should send it via 2GO as instructed. Tell him to send a copy of the 221g form with the docs.

It entirely depends on why you got 221g. If it is a simple document that was missing, a month should do it.

Scanned documents of the tax return. W2 etc are fine. But the I-864 and I-8564A are legally binding documents and must have an original signature.

My husband showed my i864 at the onterview.amd it was a scanned.copy n.they ddmt.say amythng bout.it

He got.the 221g cis he ddnt.show the i864a of.my joimt.sponsor n the w2 itr for.the joimt sponsr

I was gna.let him print out the documents in his email like wat he did withy i864

They may not have realised it was scanned, or just overlooked it. But any official, legally binding documents are supposed to have an original signature.
