Citizenship vs nationality

I am an american citizen. That would make my citizenship USA. However i am confused what to put down on my nationality.

I was born in Nepal and naturalized here in the USA.

Will that make my nationality Nepalese??

I have the same identity crisis...I was born outside of Canada and became A Canadian Citizen..now living in the U.S 10 GC...yesterday saw an application for citizenship.. "What is your nationality?" I had to think about it lol....I would say Canadian...am I right? Lol
