Happy Hump Day !!

Still 72 degrees here in South Texas... we should see a high of 80 today.

But then everything changes... Charles' dern cold air is headed down this way (you know, you can just keep your air, OK ????) Starting tomorrow, afternoon highs of only 58-60, and overnight lows dipping to the *egad* freezing mark. I hate cold weather

You find the best pics MK....always brightens my day. In fact if I look at your pictures and drink some mint tea I think I'll be feeling better in no time! Stay warm. it's a nice 19 degrees rigtht now, and 7am....high should be all the way up to 33 today.wooohooo definitely staying in.

ETA: I hate the ticker things. I don't think it's working right. I put Dec. 20th, and it says there's 20 day left now, but really there is 21/22 days left. What's up with that?!

Must not count today or Dec. 20th. That's 20 days.

My fiance is booking his flight for Saturday or Sunday but with 2 hours to go today to here yet from Casa for him to pick up the visa. That leaves two days and 2 hours left to get his visa before his flight.

Had a talk with my 10 yr old last night and have been puzzled all day about this.

If you were born on Feb 29th, what do you do when it's not leap year for your birthday? Do you calculate every 365 days and if so do you eventually have your birthday as far back as like November if you live that long?

If you were born on Feb 29th, what do you do when it's not leap year for your birthday? Do you calculate every 365 days and if so do you eventually have your birthday as far back as like November if you live that long?

I have known a few people with feb 29th Birthdays and they either did the 28th or March 1st, to keep it simple.
