Form I-864 1a. or 1b. on question 1

We got married last week and are now filing for AOS so on form I-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT form right in the beggining it says "I am the sponsor submitting this affidavit" (please check one) , what do I choose either 1a. or 1b. or something else. My husband is now here in the USA on a K-1 visa. Do i state im filing for the immigration of my relative which is 1a or choose 1b. "I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the impending immigrant, who is related to me as my ... husband"? Is there a link to an example for someone in my case anyone can send me to? Thanks

If you are sponsoring your husband you are the primary sponsor.... Is your husband working for you? Are you sponsoring him as his employer or as his wife?

If you're AOS from a K1 then the answer is question 1.a.

Thanks Nicky , Yes i am the primary sponsor and am not his employer. He is not yet authorized to work.
