Unsweetened oatmeal with two big spoonfuls of plain yogurt mixed in. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

When I get to work about 45 minutes later I have coffee.

Oatmeal topped with peanut butter & 100% Strawberry Fruit Spread

Slice Sqaw bread toasted with Vegemite or Nuttella

Biscuits and gravy!!!!

sounds revolting, Ill have to ask my other half about this one....

I know what biscuits are in the US, but what on earth is Gravy?

I take it, we're not talking Bisto..

UK people and their assumption that all gravy has to be brown..... sigh.

Cooked sausage, crumbled up, some of the sausage grease/fat, milk, flour, butter. That's sausage gravy.

Much less revolting than say....haggis. or Marmite. or "Spotted #######" (which I still say is a medical condition...)

hehehe...I have become quite the expert at biscuits and gravy.....

As for breakfast....during the week days I am a very bad girl and can only deal with a cup of tea....yes and I am starving come 11am tea break. At weekends it is usually kippers and toast or scrambled eggs with scrummy smoked salmon.

Most of the breakfasts sound deeelicious! I try to start out healthy at least, so usually have 2 big glasses of water and a bowl of fruits & nuts - plain, raw & fresh.

work week it's a container of yoplait light yogurt and some crystal light.

on the weekends it's either Whataburger biscuts and gravy or more traditional home made stuff like:

chorrizo con huevo

papas con huevo

tocino, huevo con queso

machacado con huevo

hamon con huevo

mmmmmmm today is saturday and I was too lazy to cook so it was instant oatmeal today not quite the same as having a breakfast taquito.

I made Jonny chorrizo con huevo when he was here, he liked it so much he had 4 tacos! then he was in the bathroom for about half the day
