can you pay some fee with credit card or debit? or everyhting has to be cash like medital and at the consulate

also Dollars or dominican peso?

The fees to the USCIS (K1 application fee) has to be done via check or money order in USD only.

The fees to the embassy for the visa will likely have to be paid for in advance. The US petitioner will likely have to pay them via a bank wire, but how this is to be paid will be provided to you in the package you get from your embassy, as it's different for every consulate/embassy. You can search for information on visajourney about the process for your local embassy/consulate for more detailed information, or perhaps a more seasoned VJ'er who has experience with your local consulate/embassy can tell you more in detail.
