OMG I am glad I did not waste any time with this.

Amazing how NONE of the "key moments" are any of the things discussed by the VJ Prosecution.

1. The Trial Continues! OMG, who'da thunk it? I heard this from my friend Lesha in Ukraine last week, that they might not continue the trial...yeah even in Ukraine! I told him, "No way, they cannot stop the trial before it is finished" Big surprise. I balmed it on Ukraine's ignorance of how the racists in America can demand things. Pretty bad when the prosecution celebrates not getting a directed verdict. Woo Hoo!

2. Battle of the Moms. ????

3. ME contradicts himself.

4. The Prosecution getting their own witness's words stricken from the record. I am sure ALL the jurors forgot about that by now.

5. And the most damning evidence of all? The defense attorney eating ice cream!

Someone actually believes GZ will be convicted of anything? The VJ prosecution is still arguing the case though the case has been rested.

I think, althought the ME was a difficult witness, he presented some good facts. The gunshot was straight front to back. If they were struggling with TM on top it seems the shot would have been at an angle. HMMMMM.....still keeping an open mind.

No possible way the gun could have been perpendicular to TM? Seriously? "seems that the shot..." does not meet the standard for finding GZ guilty

If what you say were true, why did the Prosecution miss that? Oh, yeah, because it does not matter.

I think one of the more amusing things is that the VJ prosecution is so much more clever and up on the law than the State of Florida prosecution. They find all sorts of things that are "important" that were never mentioned b the state.

Ignioring that the state has no case to convict GZ of 2nd degree murder is NOT "keeping an open mind" It is wishing that an innocent man goes to prison.
