hello guys I just want to know your opinion about these evidence that we are about to submit..

  • copy of joint account statement from 2 banks
  • letter from ntelos showing that I am an authorize user of our phone
  • copy of sams clubs cards with my husband's and my name on it
  • car insurance with both our names
  • copy of joint tax returns
  • copies of actual credit cards with the same acct.number
  • affidavits from 3 people (notarized)
  • 50 pictures of us together with friends and family during special occasions and vacation
  • Christmas and holiday cards addressed to both of us
  • copy of my registration for NCLEX showing my husbands addressed
  • copy of my green card and passport
  • copy of my drivers license

Do you guys think that these are enough??

*we don't have a deed showing co-ownership of the house because my husband bought his house when he was single and when he refinance it my name wasn't on it

*we don't have bills with both our names, and I am unemployed for now so I cant pay bills

*we don't have health insurance and my husband just got started in his new job.

I don't want to send these evidence without knowing if these are enough or not cray5ol.gif please help.. :(

We didn't send bills with the I-751 but we added the following aside from the basic evidence:

  • copy of a federal tax refund check with both our names
  • copy of the joint federal and state tax returns for two years (better if you use tax transcripts from IRS)
  • copy of the confirmation for 401K plan designating me as beneficiary
  • front and back copy of my state ID and husband's driver's license showing the same address
  • copies of boarding passes for the travels we have done in and out of the US
  • copy of an upcoming flight itinerary with both our names
  • copies of lease agreements containing both our names for a previous address and the current address (I understand this won't apply in your case because your husband bought the house)

How about birth certificate of kids, if any, or probably a letter from your family dentist or family practitioner?

I won't encourage you to worry because if they need anything else from you, they would just send an RFE, not that it is desirable.

Good luck!

I suggest that you attaché a letter explaining the house and bills situation, which would prevent them from sending your a RFE.
