Time between NOA2 and Interview CDJ

Hi everyone,

So I'm expecting my NOA2 to come any day now for my Mexican fiance, and I'm wondering- what have been your experiences with scheduling the interview at CDJ? Specifically, what is the soonest date you were able to schedule? I've been looking at other timelines and some were able to have their interview as early as 2 weeks after NOA2 and others 2 months, and I'm thinking that maybe those who waited 2 months scheduled it that far out by choice? I've already been waiting 61/2 months since NOA1 and I don't want to wait another 2 months!!!!

I went ahead and did the asc and interview. Called in obtained all my numbers from nvc. Went thru the process and gave myself almost 60days in between

Yes, it is by choice. You schedule your own ASC appointment and interview dates after filling out the DS-260 and paying the visa processing fee.

Thanks for the feedback! I was approved tonight!!! So let's say I get all my numbers by next week to schedule my interview- when do you think the soonest I can schedule it will be? It seems like most people delayed their interviews by a couple months by choice, but we're ready to get it done asap. Just wondering what the availability for appointments is like. Thanks!
