Discovered mistake on I-129f before noa2. Can be RFE prevented??

Oh boy I just went through our documents again and saw that I didn't check part C question 2!! The court conviction question. Aah this is bad! We been transferred to TSC on June 21st, no NOA2 yet. Has anybody experience with calling uscis to PREVENT an RFE? Maybe we can explain to them an send a corrected form? Or do we have to wait for them to address the error? Very mad at myself right now :(

Wait for the possible RFE. There is very limited success matching up supplemental information after initial petition submission.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Ok thanks. I guess it is what it is.

Does anybody know what the correct answer is to that question when the petitioner has a DUI in the past? Only one, years ago. It says 'three or more' on the petition or not? Do we still check yes?

You do not have 3 or more convictions involving alcohol, so the answer is No.
