we were approved 7-2-2013 for i129f ,but my fiance had a overstay in 2008 in which she recieved a 5 year ban which was up in march this year. All this was put in k1 app. guess just nervous but wondering if she have any trouble at consul in mexico? will be so glad when this all over

The ban is up, but she will likely still be asked about her past at the interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

As Penguin said the ban is over so she will not be denied because of it. Even though the ban is over and no waiver will be needed, she should still be prepared for extra scrutiny from the CO because of her past overstay.
