Hi U cannot give up on your husband and kids, it seem

overwhelming now, but U have to make up your mind to

print the negatives about his country from the net, tell

and stress to them the hardship U R going thru without

your kids and spouse, maybe you did not speak to good

waiver attys. because all he had was an overstay he's

not a criminal. Its a matter of collecting letters, family pics & letters

friends and family who knows both of you...U can start

now or wait years and still be turned down, the longer U

wait is the more U prove to USCIS you can manage without him

You should go to immigrate 2US and look for copies of

hardship letters and do it...4get those clueless attys

Don't waste your time and money on anything fancy. That will only piss them off. Your file might not fit in the file cabinet and they will have to spend the time taking it all off and replacing it with a plain folder. Use an acco fastener. Secure everything and make it as SIMPLE as possible.

Put your case number on every piece of paper you submit and keep copes for yourself

Once RFE is received they seem to answer quickly

regardless of outcome. People do not put fancy folders

and stickers, they remove & dump that stuff in AZ, then

send your pile to NEB in a few days to be adjudicated

this was reported at the stakeholders meeting.

G 28 ( if U have atty) on top

G1145 (if U did your own pkge)

listings

Brief (if U have atty)

hsl from USC (if doing yourself)

Hsl from friends & family

evidences of arguments made in your HSl

evidences of country conditions re: crime stats, medical & educational substandard care

photos of the family

Criminal record & disposition( if one exists)

Best to have the help of a WAIVER atty.
