Yup I was approved yesterday. See my signature or timeline for details. It took less than 2 weeks to get approval after case was transferred to NSC. I guess these transfers were a good thing :))

I-130 APPLICATION VSC

--------------------------------------------------

08/24/2012 Priority Date

08/16/2013 case transferred to NSC

08/27/13 Approval (NOA2)

08/30/13 Hard copy of NOA2 received

09/04/13 NVC returned file to USCIS

I-485 APPLICATION

-------------------------------------------------------------

08/6/13 I-485, 765, and 131 package mailed

8/7/13 package received by USCIS chicago

8/12/13 text and email of acceptance received

8/15/13 hard copies of I-797c receipt notices received

8/19/13 FP notice recieved, FP scheduled for 09/06/13

8/21/13 Successful FP walk in

9/3/13 Status changed to testing and interview

9/6/13 Email for interview scheduled for 10/9/13 at 2:30 pm in Philadelphia

10/7/13 EAD and AP approved

10/9/13 Interview lasted less than 5 mins and was approved on the spot

10/17/13 combo EAD and AP card received, but don't need it since GC has been approved already

10/21/13 10-year GC received, wow so much good things happening. THANK YOU JESUS!

good.gif congratulations!!! looks like NSC is working on pd for the month of august now... mine was transferred august 12 vsc to NSC pd october 15 2012,,

any more approvals from NSC here???innocent.gif

i was really hoping work transfers will speed up the process but seems like not by much if aug 24, got approved on aug 27 it is still one year process time. Hope vermont itself is working on September application and as of Aug 31, 2013 cut off for Vermont will be September 31, and each months they will approve two months of applications making wait time approximately half a year.

July 11, 2013 - NOA 1

September 12, 2013 - Transfer to Nebraska

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

June 2, 2014 - Visa pick up date

My PD June 26 2012 and I have not heard anything from VSC.

Friends just want to let you know that thanks god we were approved on sep 06 2013 our pd is augst 27 2012 , just to mention I sent a letter to my congressman's oficce; I dont know if it helps because i never receive a contact from them but I suggest that all of you should do it !!!!!

Now we have to cross our fingers with the retrogression of the october's visa bulletin

yayyyyyyy!!!!, just got my wife's case approval today. so I guess they have really started looking into our papers

her case was transferred to NSC on August 9 from VSC and we got the approval email today. will just wait for the snail mail and the NVC case number. crossing my fingers

My wife's PD is Sept. 13, 2012. Hope the VB will not retrogress too much.

Hi im quite confused.. I just contacted USCIS about the processing time in VSC the guy whom i talked to said USCIS VSC is currently processing June 2012 cases. I had read here in Visa journey cases from VSC with PD Aug, Sept and even Nov cases are being approved so it seems they are giving wrong processing times. So right now how long is the REAL processing time in VSC? Im glad to see movements from VSC PD is 8/12/2013. Congrats to everyone who received their NOA2. :)
