Everything seems weird now a days with NVC. I am not sure what they are up to but certainly creating lots of confusion in everyone's mind. I hope they get everything running smooth again. AOS fiasco led all mess and they had no idea how to handle it in professional manner.

You are lucky that they are letting you take 864 to interview and you do not have to wait additional 3 to 4 weeks like others. Here some had new CC after 3 weeks of receiving first CC.

I hope we get interview date soon

seems like its gonna take 2 mnths for that.. mumbai consulate is not taking intrvws from july 13-23rd for some reason,so whoevr had it originally then is gonna get pushed to august... so ppl like me can expect it in the month aftr that which is september. ClockWatch2.gif

When something bad happens its like.. it has to gather all d unfortunate things along with it ,idk y.. cray5ol.gif

vj terminology to know

NOA = notice of action :P

ISO = immigration service officer

NBC = (same as MSC)national benefits center

RFE = request for evidence

oh don't tell me they are not taking cases from 13-23. Now whole flood of interviews will push into Aug and that will delay everything yet again. non immigrants and K1 is given preference over spouse visa.

06/04/2013 - AOS & IV bill e-mail received, generated and paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS & IV status paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS package sent
06/12/2013 - IV package sent
06/25/2013 - AOS Accepted
07/03/2013 - IV accepted
07/03/2013 - Case Complete
07/30/2013 - Interview Date received

09/30/2013 - Interview

09/30/2013 - Approved

hey vic2tor i just called nvc ryt now... i got my case complete,,, thank god... hopefully u will get ur case complete soon,,,

waiting for interview hopefull aug we will have our interview,,,,

Congratulations!!..We're also hoping for August interview...We got our case completed June 21..been calling NVC but they said no Interview schedule yet from USEM..But base on all my readings here..mostly people got their interview scheduled either before/after 2 months from case complete. Goodluck to you kabayan!

yes i think am right... infact i made a mistake, its from july 13th-29th almost 2 weeks huh.png if u look at the mumbai consulate website u will see the dates are empty frm 13-29th and they begin from july 30th..there was also anothr vj member got a call sayin his intervw was rescheduled from july to august.ClockWatch2.gif

ohh it should be the opposite ..shldnt the immigrants be given preference .. thats so sick protest6wz.gif

yes its terrible that this has to happen right when its time for ours..

That is just sad.. I am really loosing now. I have already planned vacation and taken days off thinking she will be here in AUG but looks like we are limbo.

Some immigration system..

i lost it when i heard that too cos i was expecting to get there with my hubby by the mnth of august... but i think right now iv conditioned my mind to all that this entire processing has been doin to me.

its 8 mnths nw after our marriage and it feels terrible to see the delay happenin EACH TIME for some or the other reason.
