Is there anyone else here with the same situation like mine.I sent my rfe packet on june 10 and I m waiting ever since!!!!!PLEASE HELP

I think you need to relax. Like i said on a previous post, mine took 5 weeks to be approved. You should hear something soon.

Agreed. If you sent it on June 10, they probably didn't receive it until the 11th or the 12th. So you're exactly at the one month mark now.

I'd say wait at least another week or two, and then you can give them a call. Though, if they say to only call them after 60 days, I wouldn't be surprised if they told you to call back then if there was still no response. Remember, they're bureaucrats.

If you're that worried, you can try giving them a call today to ask for an update, but don't be surprised if they don't tell you anything.

July 29, 2013 - ROC approval letter received in the mail

July 31, 2013 - 10 year green card received in the mail!!!

My N-400 journey:

March 19, 2014 - N-400 package mailed to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox

March 24, 2014 - NOA1 date and Priority Date

March 27, 2014 - Check cleared

April 21, 2014 - Biometrics done

May 7, 2014 - In line for interview

June 23, 2014 - Scheduled for interview

July 28, 2014 - Interview - PASSED!!

July 30, 2014 - In line for oath

July 31, 2014 - Scheduled for oath

Exactly. Nothing is wrong if they have not answered. That is just the way they work. I was getting anxious after 4 weeks of waiting and called, and i wasted my time because they told me to call back only if i have not heard anything after 60 days. You are still under "normal processing times".

Yeah on 20th july I got letter in mail they said my case is transfer to local office but after that I heard nothing usually how long they take to give interview date

Hmmm...sorry to hear that. Good luck in your interview. You should be getting a notification with the interview appointment soon.

I haven't received anything yet and I'm getting ready to file for citizenship in 2 weeks.

Good call. A lot of people have done that and it sped up their ROC. Good luck!
