anybody same my case i-130 i apply april 18 2013 i receive official receipt april 23 2013. my husband call every week about the case.your case right now is pending and you wait the email for UCIS.i try send other document but the UCIS said you wait the next step what you do.. please tell me somebody same case... good luck every one...

You just have to wait it out until you get RFE or NOA2. If you submitted your case in April, you might be approved end of Sept - November.

Yeah, we submitted I130 as well, but only at the end of June.

Visa Journey predicts based on member's timelines (please fill yours in if you do not mind) that we might be approved by the end of November. The official statistics from USCIS say it takes 6-8 months for I130 to process, though, so based on that our I130 should be approved between Christmas and Valentine's day.

I hope your NOA 2 (approval) comes in September, or even before! :)

Hi, we are April 19/13 filers. We haven't heard anything. Although we had previously petitioned for a K1 before we decided to get married, but we did withdraw the petition in April 2013 and just received an RFE about it!??? As if it was going to be approved!

We simply sent another letter to withdraw it. We are hoping on our CR1 as soon as possible. The wait is so hard. Such uncertainty. I came back to Canada sad and thinking "newlyweds should not be apart"

Lets just hope and pray it all goes smoothly...and QUICKLY!

02.07.2014 - Completed & submitted DS-261 form online

02.13.2014 - Paid AOS bill

02.18.2014 - AOS showing as 'paid'

03.18.2014 - Invoiced for IV bill (finally!)

03.19.2014 - Made payment for IV bill

03.21.2014 - IV bill showing PAID
