Hi everyone,I am new here and i need your help please... my problem is that I already sent my requirements for I - 129 F packet to my US citizen fiance three (3) months ago, i.e, last april, 2013. Since my fiance has been busy, he has not sent the packet yet though he is trying his best to complete all the needed requirements for it. My question now : Are my papers like g-325 a, I - 129 F, letter of intent to marry etc, which are dated april 02, 2013, still be acceptable? or do i already need to provide new ones? I appreciate your help, thanks a lot...

You shouldn't have any issues with USCIS. A few months is nothing to worry about.

You should have no issues with your April documents. Just make sure your petitioner sends the I-129F packet to the USCIS before two years has elapsed since the last time you met face to face.
