It's fascinating that bad days by the Defense always equal exceptionally few responses by the masses. LOL

They are talking about the "possibility" of GZ taking the stand? Are you kidding me?

The State would completely ROAST Zimmerman with dozens of questions NEVER asked by anyone about the following of TM, altercation and general missing information on how they fought that 50 feet in 40 seconds and that brief time being PROOF of his conclusion that he feared for his life. It's almost impossible in a reasonable person.

The fact is I think GZ may have been in fear of his life, but it was not reasonable at all.

I posted a response to your response, but didn't correct anything. The human has been murdered correct? That's not been a secret and we know who committed the homicide.

Homocide and murder are not the same. Murder IS a homocide, homicide is not necessarily murder. If that were the case we would not have a trial. People who confess to murder do not get trials.

I was busy vacationing today but from what I read my initial prediction was correct. Keep in mind fellas, ALL what you have seen was known before they decided not to prosecute originally

The defense has yet to be heard. I am still trying to understand how one becomes paralyzed from a heart shot. Now I have never shot a human in the heart but I shot a lot of deer in the heart and they run like the wind...for about 100 yards or less. But I am sure we will have some other experts testify. I also did not see the cross examination but only see what I am reading online.

Doesn't sound anything like a slam dunk. I do remember thinking they had OJ Simpson convicted when the prosecution rested.

I believe the judge is not going to have a directed verdict but I never thought she would anyway. The racists would flip out (they are going to anyway, but the puppet show must go on)

I am more interested in the jury instructions. Here is what they will be and here is where they come from:

However, if from the evidence you are convinced that the defendant was not justified in the use of deadly force, you should find [him] [her] guilty if all the elements of the charge have been proved.

There is no way that proof beyond a reasonable doubt that self defense was NOT justified was presented in this case, hence the jury will have to find him not guilty as per the instructions originating from the Supreme Court (Florida Supreme Court) website
