GZ wanted to hunt fugitives as stated in his homework? I didn't hear that, can't you guys fill me in when I miss stuff? :)

The summation from the State will be a barn burner. They are gonna turn the popular opinion with this rebuttal. Bad defensive move.

We might be back up to 2nd degree with this kind of evidence...Jiminy Crickets!

I said, the State was just setting it up the whole time...sneaky suckers.

No wonder they convict so many.

Zimmerman touched his face during the portion the State mentioned the gunshot to the heart being ill intent...that's a tell. He's totally detached from the death.

This is a perfect example of how silly this has become. Maybe you should break out your Tarot cards and tell us what they say.

I could write your posts for you...lol

I'm sure you totally understand FL state law.

I am and hope you also are capable of understanding the specific differences between the spouted opinion of and the specific posted appellate case rulings outlining the standards for burden of proof in homicide cases involving self-defense in Florida.

i don't get it.

So you are saying that this should be tossed aside in favor of a medical examiner (who represents the State) making "diagnosis" from photos only?

Her (The clinic NP) testimony was horrible for the defense, because even after examining him completely, she didn't order one additional test, xray, MRI nor add any stitches to close wounds and ordered no followup visit because of the severity.

Her actions alone spoke for the State's contention that the injuries were minor; because if they were severe, she would have acted in that manner and done additional medical procedures.

He was there for a note, not for actual treatment. He stated this on his questionnaire for the visit himself.

Well it sounds like the State has that down pretty good.

But go ahead and keep hoping for that acquittal. It ain't happening...lol

I've said this before and I'll say it again. If these injuries were severe, even just so much as moderately severe, Zimmermann would have left the scene in the back of the ambulance rather than in a police cruiser. He had a couple scratches requiring a couple of band-aids. Nothing more.

No, no. The FL state attorneys do not know Florida law. VJ teatards know the law much better than the state attorneys.

His head was smashed on cement like the moshpit guy that was acquitted? I think not. It was 6 foot drop by that mosher, verses 12 inches at most, minus gravity and the resistance of GZ's weak little neck muscles?

That means TM should be found innocent of grave bodily harm regarding the cement contact by GZ's head? Worst case citing in history. ;)

The state attorney sure isn't holding back now. Damn.

In football this is called a personal foul. Piling on after the defender is down.

Brutal rebuttal to the Defensive case citing for acquittal...just brutal.

Watch the talking heads after this...its red meat baby. You know how the dummy's on TV need to have it spelled out?

Jenkin's case was a classic fail by the Defense...OMG

He's going to long on this. He should have quit before he offered the State more to respond to in order to make their case again.

GZ was off the cement, not being smothered and screaming with no additional blows by his own account of the incident.

With this account of what GZ could possibly be doing during the altercation he's making a case to go to the jury.

I think the defense is ruining their own case.

A forty second fight? That's their time-frame for this fight. That's fairly insane if that's what the length time was of this fight was before shooting.

Well, seeing that the defense has called the first witness, it would appear that the case is proceeding. Seems that the state has presented enough of a case for the trial to move forward.

State: 1

Zimmermann: 0

Mrs Z says that it's my son on the recording "because it's my son".

Have you ever heard him scream before, "no I haven't"

I'm sold...

Next witness...

That was a great first witness. rolleyes.gif

To the people waiting for the professor using the candelabra in the study evidence...yeah, the didn't see the bricks being laid by the State.

The voice testimony is gonna be bad for the defense no matter who it is because of GZ's mouth not being covered.

Aside from the fundamental revelation that a dead man can't stand? No.

So if you are six ft tall you are not six feet tall when you are asleep. Also he asked How tall he was. Past tense. It just reenforced what a complete idiot the ME was. I bet his carrer is done
