She had no reason to declare a mistrial because both sides were not given the same new evidence.

I think she'd be crazy to declare a mistrial over such insignificant evidence because GZ was on top with TM moving with a witness present. So they have a time frame.

This was the wrong attorney to cross this witness.

People are convicted on Manslaughter on far less of a threshold, so I believe this is going to the jury.

I doubt they drop the 2nd degree charge at this point.

Zimmerman touched his face during the portion the State mentioned the gunshot to the heart being ill intent...that's a tell. He's totally detached from the death.

He was not examined by a doctor or pathologist. His doctor was a Nurse Practitioner at a clinic. Probably because his employer wanted a note and that was cheapest, not for medical treatment.

Even if he's convicted he'll appeal on the grounds of the Richardson hearing did not go his way.

So you are saying that this should be tossed aside in favor of a medical examiner (who represents the State) making "diagnosis" from photos only?

What point are you trying to make anyway bringing up the witness who agreed that "yes this was consistent with concrete" on at least 5 different locations on GZ's head.
