We got a taste of the summation today. I believe they will add some speculation because of the distance, length and lack of injuries on TM.

I do believe they had an altercation at the T as GZ stated. Here is what I came up with.

For whatever reason the fight starts with TM punching GZ in the nose at the T.

The grass is wet therefore GZ slips backwards landing on his behind giving him the buttocks injury. He continues falling back striking his head and receiving the two lacerations on the head.

TM takes off in the direction of home and GZ gets up and pursues him.

GZ catches him at about 45 feet because TM probably thinks that he's lost the guy following him by knocking him out.

GZ tackles TM and this is when the fight really ensues. At first GZ has him, but TM gets on top and lays a couple blows in on him. Thus the left hand injury on a right handed TM.

After a 20-25 second fight GZ fires his weapon believing he has sustained the justifiable defensive injuries and can now be considered in fear of his life.

This explains the distance, time and the path of the fight. (All to come later)

looked at the motion for acquittal- why does GZ's lawyer have such a limited vocabulary ? Probably to do with his scumbag clients. What a sad excuse for a lawyer.

You underestimate MOM so much.He has taken every argument the state had to offer and turned it into a win for the defense.The motion for acquittal is rarely granted. This is a show trial on orders from washington....MOM knew from the first keystroke it was an exercise in futility .The show must go on.....

How he felt is irrelevant. The standard is "reasonable" fear. A reasonable person does not follow someone they are afraid of into the dark.

That was a complete disaster. I can't believe that put him on the stand. I am even more concerned he is the Medical examiner. He is a complete fool. The prosecution scored big points with putting TM family on the blew it all on that goofy ME.

I agree it was a show trial from day one and if TM had been white, we would have never had a trial. The state has failed miserably to give enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt Zimmerman did not act in self defense.

The defense is playing with both hands tied behind their back and still has turned almost the entire prosecution into a defense . The judge is so obviously in the bag for the prosecution it's embarrassing. Many experts have said she will get overturned on appeal easily. Makes me wonder if the prosecution knows it's a farce and is trying to help.

The only thing I disagree with some of you on, is if he walks. Should he walk--YES Does the complete lack of case against him mean he should walk--Yes

Now will walk. I don't know. It is so important to the judge and many others including the feds who knows?

I think it's a possibility they come back with a hung jury or maybe a lesser included charge out of some kind of pressure or sense of white guilt. I don't even rule out someone hinting to them a chance of riots if acquitted.. If murder 2 comes back I will be shocked.

I agree and I think the fact the TM approached his car and circled it twice , while GZ sat there with the windows rolled up and then doubled back and approached him at the T, proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that TM was was not scared of GZ in any way and choose to be aggressive, thus costing him his life.
