Hi dear VJ friends,

I would like your opinion on the accuracy of VJ's predictions on EAD time.

I remember when I got P2 for K1, the date prediction was about 6 days behind.

That said, regarding EAD, I'm a filer from CA and my time line says:

Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between July 11, 2013 and July 14, 2013*.

I would like to hear other filers who have EAD approved, especially from CA like I am, about the accuracy on this.

This would be extremely helpful.

Thank you so much!

Cin

VJ stats, just like most stats are only as good as the number of data points presented. If there are a large number of responders (data points) the stats will likely have more validity. That is why it helps everyone to accurately fill in their timeline.

I don't recall our VJ estimates on our EAD/AP cards. However, our approval time of 69 days, was certainly within the current forum recommendation of EAD/AP approval time of 60-90 days.

YMMV.

Good luck.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

What A&B said.

The EAD processing time does not depend on where you live. All EAD processed with AOS are adjudicated at NBC.
