Hello All I have a quick question... I got married last year Feb 22, 2012.. filed AOS on march and was approved Conditional Green Card july 3, 2012... wife and I were having issues even before I got conditional green card... this year feb exactly one year after we both decided that the marriage was not working so we did a divorce. ..

TODAY I received my divorce finalization copy that we are divorce. .. my question is ::::

I'm filing I-751 with Waiver "Marriage entered in good faith" I have all proof necessary. .. but I having a problem, the cover letter is their a Sample for people with waiver.. iv2e seen other cover but that's for people filing jointly with spouse, unfortunately I'm not. .. can someone help me please!?

Just write a simple cover letter stating that you're filing the form based on divorce waiver and list the evidence of good faith you've included. There's not much to it.

I would also add a personal affidavit stating how you met, your married life and the events that led to your divorce.
