Hello all seasoned VJers! I have a situation that only you can answer.

We have the English translation of my fiance's Birth Certificate and this translation has a "Notarial Certificate" associated with it to certify the translation, but this document itself is written in both Chinese and English (not just English), issued at the same time by the same entity, but only the Chinese copy has the notary seal. So, here's my question. Even though the same entity issued the English translation of the "Notarial Certificate", does this second Chinese document still need to have its own "Notarial Certificate" written only in English to eliminate the creation of more Chinese documents needing to be translated? My thought is that, since the "Notarial Certificate" was issued in both Chinese and English by the same translation service at the same time, no second translation "Notarial Certificate" is required. Is this correct?

Thanks a million. We're headed to Guangzhou at the end of July for her Aug 6th interview! So we need to tidy up all her documents. We appreciate your help!

Clint & Hong

Hello friend,

I am very sure that, you will get it before the said 30 day provided to u.I wanna ask u some question so that u help me please.I just got married to my Fiancee and I am about to file for both EAD and AOS. Now the question is that,on the form I-765,There was a question that get me confused and i need your help. The question is....

The filing fee for Form I-765 is $380. If you request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals, category ©(33), you must also pay an $85 biometric services fee for a total of $465. There is no biometric services fee for any other employment category. Some filing types are fee exempt. See the form instructions for more information. Should I type © (33), on the question number 16? I am so much confused and i got everything ready to file but just waiting for the answer for question number 16.I will be so much happy to hear from u my dear country brother. And finally, which lockbox did i have to sent my package as i lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.Thank u very much and i am waiting to hear from u.

Wow. I'm sorry friend. But I am not familiar with anything you are talking about. My fiance is Chinese, I am American. We did not need to file an I-765. Also, there are no children involved in our case. I hope you find the answers you need here on VJ. I'm sorry I could not help you. Good luck.

Clint -

The good old white books, my gal has three white books, birth, not married, and not criminal. She said the 'office' that prepared these for her are used to preparing them from Visa apps and it is pretty standard what the prepare. So I'm hoping they will be ok!

Well, I finally found the China forum. There doesn't seem to be link called "China forum". I prefer such straightforward approaches. (LOL) Thanks. That info definitely helps! This ride has been a crash course, for sure!

You should really post your own topics in the appropriate forum, which is AOS, here > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/

Also, follow the guide> http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

No fee for I-765 or I-131 when filed with the I-485. #16 is (c )(9 ) and where to mail it has nothing to do with where you live > http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=eb7b5cdc2c463110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
