Sounds like you had to look up the VWP, did you also look up the likely consequences of applying for a B when VWP eligible?

No, I haven't but instead of making these comments you could just share the information you seem to have. We all get it, you are very smart and knowledgable. I can be humble. can you? Can you now share the information (which is why people come here, has that changed too?)

I think what might help is if you clarify the purpose for which you want to come and live in the U.S. If you are planning to marry your American girlfriend, and you get engaged in the near future, your best bet is to apply for the K1 visa, as someone suggested above. The visa process can take up to a year, so you don't have to elope immediately. You'd have plenty of time to plan a big, beautiful wedding. If you're not ready to get married, or she's not the specific reason you want to move here, it's a bit trickier. As others have mentioned (and you seem to know), it's quite hard to get an employer to sponsor you for an H1B visa (or this Q1 visa that others have mentioned, of which I have no knowledge), without specialized skills and an advanced degree. What is your real goal here? To marry and live with your girlfriend permanently? Or to just have a bit of an extended holiday? Maybe take some time to think about it. Good luck to you!

Our goal is to end up living together. Mainly in the US.. The problem is we are only 22, and that is a very busy year, both of us still working on our education. She finished college this summer, and is now working on an internship. Its an early age to get married. But since all the other options seems to take more than 1 year. Marriage seems to be the smartest way..

Now im stating another option ive been thinking about: (I didnt made any choice yet about VISA) I was thinking about starting a bachelor degree after finishing my current education.
In Denmark we study for free, so in that way wouldnt have to pay for my education. I know there is opportunities to study abroad.
So do i have to study for 12 months in Denmark before studying abroad is even an option? Or would i be able to start my education at a Danish university, and then immediately move to a university in that area we want to live in USA?

im excited about hearing your thoughts! :)

You could do all of your studies in the USA; getting an F1 student visa is quite easy, IF you can show the funds. You would have to pay the university fees, which are quite high, and also you can only work limited hours on campus, so basically would need to have savings to live on, too.

Another option is for her to spend some time with you in Denmark while you plan your wedding. Perhaps she can consider a study abroad option for her. That way you'll get to know each other better without the pressure of immigration deadlines hanging over your head.
