Basically it's about delaying the whole process with getting RFEs.

I said that you might get the second RFE, but your petition might get denied as well.

IMO they won't send the second RFE when you don't send them what they needed with the first one.

RFE's are a one shot deal. Answer them correctly or get a denial. A second RFE will only come if they discover they missed something else they wanted from you the first time.
