Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Apparently I think I'm better than everyone else.

Well... guess they feel bad that I posted something and didn't pay as close of attention to their post as I should've? Heck I dunno.

Occasionally I'm smarter than other people, but whether that's comprehension, memory, or speed of synapses I don't know.

But better? Can't say that I feel like I'm better than anyone. If anything I have to remind myself that I'm worth anything so as not to fall into a gigantic pit of depression. Overall I think I'm lazy, rather stupid, fat, ugly, a mediocre wife and a horrible mother. But hey... someone thinks that "I think" I'm better. I love when people assume what I think or the reason why I do something.

For leftovers this is what I do. Smell it (still smell okay?), touch it (slimey?), and if it's been longer than 1.5 weeks, chuck it. :D Or when I don't remember when I actually cooked the item.

Sears.. I love Kenmore appliances. They're consistently rated very high in consumer reports.

And really, Whirlpool (which bought Maytag which bought Amana) is just about the only one out there now.

Being monetarily savvy (transl.: a cheap #######) when our Inglis dryer croaked, I concertedly researched the local netwaves and found a father/son outfit that reconditions old washers & dryers. I got a restored Kenmore 80 Series dryer for $199 + $50 delivery, and it has performed beyond my expectation. It's the best such machine that I've ever had, si man. The father & son both said that the 80 Series was one of the very best.

I just went out to lunch and then cleaned the yard for a half an hour....what a mistake. It's still a scorcher out there....

Mow-lawning on Tuesday eve very nearly killed me, aaack man.
