Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

That picture of me was just found in storage by my wife recently. She took a photo with her cell and put it on FB. It was my high school graduation pic, so I was probably just 17.

yes lol I did visit Korea for a couple of weeks while I was in the Corps..........and Okinawa, and the Phils......

I had a serious crush on a Filipina in junior high school. She had hair down to her knees. I was working up my guts to ask her out, when her family moved. Funny how life can repeated itself. 40 years later I'm married to a Filipina.
