I am disappoint.

Besides, if you divorce, Tiff can get the house and you can get the mortgage. Its win win, you no longer have to worry about a cleaning lady.

Tiff can't claim the house :) It's mine. I owned it prior to marriage, mine all mine :)

However she can claim everything else :(

If I just stop spending money I should be okay lmao

My hubby keep finding toys we've been looking for and I feel bad so I buy them.

Also, it's been so effing hot I don't want to cook so I keep eating out.

And I don't want to eat out because we've been traveling so that's all I've BEEN doing is eating out!

I used the stove to cook chicken last night.

I wanted to die.

oh #######....

hey Professor, may be you'd know this....

I have a bottom freezer fridge. An LG (I'd never buy another LG product)

double door on top. Big sucker.

Lately, ice is forming on the bottom. I suspect it may be a clogged drain hose? Or some kinda defective sensor?

Depends on how long you've been together and the rise in value in the home. Premarital assets can end up becoming community property after a period of time. Every reduction in the mortgage, every accrual in value, can easily be argued as community property. Giving up the house is often the easiest way to save the most of your other assets, because emotional bonds are made on homes.

If its ice on the bottom and not frost build up, yes your drain is plugged. But you knew that already.]

Or maybe LG doesn't have a drain.

BTW I have a freezer on the bottom fridge to. First thing I bought when I got my knew place. I love that layout.

I know. But I looked into it. Man I dun need law advice, nor am I getting a divorce (today). And giving up the house is not cheap, do you know how much a detached 2 family house in Brooklyn is worth?

Man......I need appliance question answered.....you call yourself a professor?

my dilemma is....how hard is it to take off the icemaker so I can access the back interior panel?

<sigh> perhaps I'll call a repair man....but I'm too cheap.......

I'm struggling to buy my dad a substantial bday gift for $25.

So far I have season 1 of "In the heat of the night"

Season 4 of "dog the bounty hunter" and a harley key chain.

I need to spend 34 more cents for free shipping.

Or remove the key chain and get something else for around 11-13 dollars.

Grrrrrrrr

What can I buy that's SUPER cheap on amazon.

Like under 2 dollars that he'd like.

I dunna no. I find on some repairs, its cheaper to get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing, rather than making it worse myself. Doesn't mean I won't dig into it first, but sometimes it just doesn't pay. Don't you have protection on that stuff through your utility? Oh thats right, you're cheap.
