I bet you got the same guy I did. At least your husband doesn't have to remove conditions!

I can't remember him much, but I did notice his giant mug of green tea (we were first for him so if you were too, he probably had it on his desk lol).

I couldn't really describe him.

Just a middle aged white guy.

Maybe a slight hint of being soft in the loafers but nothing solid.

Just super friendly and talkative and obviously a morning person! lol

BAH.

The climate controlled ones are nearly 100/mo.

Idk how I feel about leaving my stuff in a hot unit in August.

I know we'll be keeping hubby's toys at my parents... but still...

Hmmm... maybe a 5x5 unit is enough... idk...

THIS IS SO STRESSFUL

Congratulations on passing the interview

Thanks,

It was a tough process.

Nearly didn't make it.

Damn Canada is so hard to get through.

I deserve some kind of present for making it to the end.

Did none of that!

In fact he never saw us the way the room is set up.

Just a casual conversation with us being embarrassed and laughing made him realize it was all legit.

Plus we've been married for over 2.5years and anyone whose chasing a green card doesn't wait that long lmao.

Tiff waited 7 years chasing a green card :)

Yep, there's ways a real couple act that is hard to duplicate when you're trying to fake it. I think its why some couples run into issues at interviews, not every couple will act in their normal ways when under pressure, and the IO detects a problem when that occurs and digs deeper.

"The other Canada is a bullsh1t Canada, if you live there for a day you'd understand"

Is that Montreal?

Because I would never want to live in Montreal.

I'm the typical american.

I want everyone to bend over backwards for me and nothing here was in English!

Ok but in all seriousness, I just don't understand how the rest of the country bends over backwards for THEM putting french on EVERYTHING and they literally translate NOTHING.

The only things I saw translated were when people wrote hand written signs on something: 'Use other door' kind of thing.

I passed a sign saying something about a closed road and a detour and i'm all HOPE THAT ISNT ME BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT SAID!

I totally understand what my husband says about them now.

Apparently a whole crock of them complain on toy boards about how they can't have certain exclusive toys in Quebec because the packaging isn't translated.

But, they dug their own hole.

So they can't complain.

I hear they want to be their own country too.

That was a line from the South Park French Canada song.....

Then yes, they're talking about Quebec.

Unless they were BEING quebec, then they're talking about the rest of us.

Your wife fakes it all the time and you can't tell :)
