Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

I’ve been wondering that myself. They refer to us Canadian girls as that. But I don’t know how it started or where it came from.
