Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

The teen started swimming when she was 3, competing when she was 6, burnt out when she was 17. Now she swims laps for “fun”.

For some reason she got her groove on and most of her room is already done. Clearly a sprinter and not a marathoner.

I’m mentally exhausted. And it’s too hot here again. WAAAH!

Alberta hot is different. It can feel like you're cooking when it's 25C for some odd reason. I don't get the same sensation here in Colorado until it's in the mid 90s.

according to google lethbridge is 81*F which is 27*C

Today at home it is 96*F which is 36*C

Guy at hub's work is making ribs today. YAY! I get smoked ribs for lunch!

I feel like I should bring something though to go with. (BTW mayo is NOT miracle whip and miracle whip makes the best potato salad.... maybe I should make a pasta salad?)

Hubby says I’ll be fine in SC because he will keep the A/C on for me. heart.gif

When it was really hot last week it was actually hotter here than HHI.

Almost done packing. At least the end is in sight. Thank goodness!

Greens refers to collard greens, usually cooked with a big fat ham hock or some bacon. Sometimes mustard greens are also used. It's awesome! I discovered it in North Carolina.....

Hike your hubs will take you to get some in SC hopefully....
