Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

No, sweetie pie, sugar buns, tis not good news.

Although that's really a week of moving, consolidating 2 locations into one,

there's not any appointments prior to that move week

and there's maybe 3 appointments (that we know of here at VJ) for the week after the move.

IMO, it's slowed down 'the schedule' by about 7 weeks.

Also, GUZ IV has not been releasing slots for appointments into NVC , so things are fubar'd at NVC for CR-1/2, IR-1/2/5 at the moment, for those folk utilizing EP.

Awww I haven't been called pet names in a minute. hehe.

What is going on with interviews all around. I guess we got spoiled with assignments coming first few days of months.

Auction on ebay. Collectors will pay for all sorts of things. Hopefully lots since the airlines no longer exist.

Thought about that, but must make sure that I don't end up selling them for a pittance if only one or two people bid from a low start. Have never tried to list anything on ebay before, no man.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

Rant: How come men's pants stop coming in readily obtainable odd sizes after 33" waist and 29" inseam?

Rant: Why do men's shirts come in 34/35 sleeve and then (if even then) 36/37? What happened to 35/36, huh man?

Rant: Why do shirt-makers cop out and call sizes "L,", "XL," etc., instead of providing precise & meaningful measurements?

Rant: Why is it that, since approximately the earlier '70s, one can't depend on consistent sizes in men's clothing or even shoes?

Rant: Why can't we all simply dress like slobs at work, huh man? This is America, after all, si man.

They didn’t have my shirt but I think the teen will like their clothes so thanks for taking a look for me. smile.png They have a stores that we can drive to.

Her concert in Calgary she was almost 2 hours late for. Some people left before she got on because they were sick of waiting and then people were walking out in the middle of the show she was so bad. Lip-synched there as well.

She thinks she can act like a diva but doesn’t realize that Divas need talent for people to tolerate their behavior.

Nelly Furtado has been to Poland two times so far, if I remember correctly.

The first time it was a couple of years ago and 15 minutes after the show started the thunderstorm came and it was so big, that they had to stop the concert.

She decided to stay in the city for another day and gave a proper show the second night.

Now that's a professional I'm talking about! :)

What size uhual? There were 3 seats in the 14' truck, the middle one was wide enough for a normal sized adult, but there is a huge console that makes it only comfortable for skinny people or kids. Tessa enjoyed sitting in it. LOL We put a cooler there for snacks. :D

Rant: Why is it that, since approximately the earlier '70s, one can't depend on consistent sizes in men's clothing or even shoes? - this i have no idea... i wasn't' born in the 70s, but I"d like to be able to say my feet are a 6.5... however half sizes are hard to find (#######?) and sometimes I have to go up a size to get the width I need (again.. #######?) but I also can fit into anything from a 5.5 to a 7.5... so yes, they're inconsistent which is odd considering the show measuring device is universal...
