Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Being adult sucks... sometimes :D

Well, I've been at work till 4pm and now I'm relaxing at home.

Should go to the gym or do some excercises at home, but I'm SO lazy and bad at it that you have no idea...
