Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

After overdoing things on Saturday, I spent Sunday completely inside the house, chiefly doing laundry (5 loads thereof, sigh man). Mrs. T-B., who is officially under the weather, left the house only to ferry Mini-B. to & from Mama T-B.'s house, whee man.

Thought for the Day: The reason that grandparents and grandchildren get along so well is because they have a common enemy, see man.

Must empty dishwasher (which was making horrible noises in the middle of the cycles, ouch man), brush cat, and zzz, man.

ya, i learned czech in my youth, in an spot of texas sw of you. There were formal classes in the high school. Polish and Czech are similar for reading and speaking... not the same, but similar.

It was really strange, the latinos speaking czech to the czech kids and vice versa. always fun to confuse a new teacher.

Really, was a tri-lingual place. I picked up languages easily then, in some galaxy far-far away.

The ny bight is not that great in July and August. April to June, sept to December are the great months. However, the Gulf Stream seem to have changed, as did the dynamics of the dock. I've been catching huge warm water fish right at the dock. As well as giant blue claws and lobsters.

I was talking about the Tbone clothes washer.....
