Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

It’s good to be farther ahead than I expected to be.

Now I can relax a bit before hubby flies up.


How’s the weather in Poland Asia?

Here it’s nice and sunny and not too hot.

I might have to put on some bug spray and get outside.

It's a good feeling to be ahead of the plan, I'm sure :)

The weather is good, not too hot, just as it should be.

Tho in the news they said about some little floods yesterday night or something... But here where I am everything is fine.

And you better go outside and use the weather! :)
