Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Poland is awesome !!

In Poland you don't have to get a student loan, since you can study for free :)

You quote fad puff articles and then say say my information is wrong?

Refined canola oil has a smoke point of 400 degrees, you can find it all over the net. Which I consider a little better than a puff piece article just saying it has a higher frying point than olive oil.

There is one type of canola oil (High Oleic) that goes to 450 degrees, but when I search for canola oil products that consumers can purchase, I'm finding none of them listed as High Oleic.

Yeah, I've heard that. FML.

Nope, I don't think there is such a thing. Last plumber I used was when I was living at a buddies house. I didn't think too much of his work. I generally do all that type of work myself.
