Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

I'd vote for you. As long as you're not a Democrat or Republican. Iffen you're either of those, then no way.

Speaking of bread, I think I want a real good bread and some butter for lunch.
