Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

For form marklar, on line marklar, fill in marklar and then write marklar.

That's per the instructions for this form, at the marklar website.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
