Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

did you smuggle any frag mines or land mines when you moved south? That makes for fast garden-plot making, if'n you can make a shaped-charge properly (and I think you know how to do that) ..

however - i suggest this - each time i move to a new city, i find an abandoned-looking piece o land in town, find the land-owner, and make a co-op for an organic micro-farm plot (members = me and the land-owner, we split profits or crop, no other members in that co-op) and usually I find the land within an easy bike-ride of the house.

Try, la.

Have not yet moved south. That’s next weekend. Nope no smuggling at all. Going to bring one pair of Danners with me just in case I need foot protection sometime, other than that I gave every piece of kit back to my unit. Some of it’s obsolete so that is going in the unit museum.

I’m actually getting a substantial amount of work done today. I should be able to take a load of stuff to my Mum’s on Monday for re-use and/or charity. Yay!

poo - wait till tuesday then - you can sneak into someone else's garden and pull weeds when no one is looking. you'll feel better wink.png

Sullivan ny is a short bike ride distance.......

bonus points for finding land and starting an organic micro-farm, ya lazy fisherman...

a true lazy fisherman would engage the nail shop grils and grow chinese herbs , resell to chinese medicine practioners in NYC. (Why? The stuff coming from china is dead with chemical pesticides and fertilizers, many people made more sick from using imported herbs )

Then once I have the land secured, I finds a horse-buddy. Real money spent ? Just the price o seed and gasoline.

Try, la.

I may try to find a “community garden” and latch on to some old lady who can show me the difference between a baby carrot and a weed. :D

Other than that I’m going to grow at least a tomato plant on our deck.

My big project is going to be making as much food from possible from scratch and get away from processed foods. I’ve mastered hummus and tzatiki. Next is salsa and various fruits cooked and preserved I think.

And yogurt. I want to try to make my own yogurt.

it's not that much time commitment, either, if'n it's YOU setting the schedule of the nail shop grils. cut em in for a piece. done right, that's about 18K per season, per 100 sq ft. (and no, I am not talking of the mary-jane substance, either)

fwiw - a micro-farm, nearby, isn't that much work. if you need a daily activity to destress from the normal job, this is amazing...

Yea I don't have time and patience to market.

you could always engage the nail grils and their parents and aunties on the marketing side. you do have time to write the marketing plan, it'll be on them to enact it. you know the drill - guanxi into the chinese medicine shops in NYC.
