Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Bah - I am moving slowish.. Actually had a decent nap today, and am about to have 2 hours of kitchen bacchanalia after 'Being Human' is done on the BBC.

Was really hot today in both Irving and Wuhan - lots of daytime lethargy on both sides.
