Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

OK - that's weird (the end part)

My son has a great-uncle on his mom's side that passed away recently. All them kinfolk come in. One of them, a lass, is married to one of the sub-princes in Kuwait. A few weeks later, that fella opens up a Houston office and hires my son to be in charge.

My son is going to Kuwait for a month in September.

eh- he wanted to be. He crash-failed his last semester of high school and wasn't successful in chasing a service academy appointment.

Then he got some great idea to be a translator with the GreenTeam but things went south and he never enlisted. I'm just happy he's been at uni and has an understanding wife.

I remember my first company - ye gods. He's pushed sideways, compared to me, not really being one of the big partners but responsible for a lot of stuff with lots of financial returns for him. I always started with my own monies, refusing to work for anyone else after my commission expired.

In researching Darnell’s posts on SAVE it appears I will need to add a trip to Charleston to a CBP deferred inspection office. At least it’s just a mini-road trip. :)

Sadly, this thread appears to be dying, gasp man. Ten pages per day was almost too many, but two or fewer is anemic, Fe [chemical symbol for iron], man, especially on a weekday. Maybe if Cary posted more fotos of his bride (or if Steve posted more of Cary's bride), we'd have some conversation. Or maybe if the distaff half of our regulars posted fotos. Or the blondes.

HEB store brand (= very good). Stocked up on "Sun" when Big Lots had their last 20%-off sale, si man, and will use that once the HEB stuff runs out.
