Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

That's just... nuts...

For me (and thousands of my compatriots) -

washing the clothes and folding them and putting them away

is a zen-activity.

I do note that I have previously negotiated with my wife about me doing the laundry. ie - she can handle the cleaning of the rest of the house, but leave the laundry to me (yes, Dear, even yer frilly underbritches).

so just now, I was googling "Marklar" in hopes of finding a picture of the planet Marklar....

So I typed in "Marklar" on google, then I clicked on images.

I start scrolling down to find a pic of Marklar, and I see a pic of the pair of MLP shoes that Cary posted....I click on that, and this thread comes up lmao............

Woot!

What about using a flashing light that attaches to your bike? I think that you can order lights on line that you can attach to your sneakers that flash. I bought little ones from MEC before I left Canada.

Since I live in the middle of bum f%@# nowhere (barely any street lights) and I like to run in the morning when it is cool but dark out, I found that these small lights have been quite helpful.

I have a MEC membership so I can always order on-line or get my brother to make a run there during lunch for me. :)

And Hey everyone! I haven't really been around lately because of moving and traveling. I POE'd over a week ago in Atlanta.. I was nervous because I was only transiting the U.S on my way to MExico, so I wasn't sure if they were going to let me get processed on that trip. I ended up having ZERO problems. The guy seemed to be in a bad mood but he just did his thing and let me go. He didnt even ask me any questions, other than "how long have you been married?", but that was only so he could let me know when I had to remove conditions. Yay! US Resident :)
