Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

After lunch I often get to feeling pretty nappy and often don't get much done. If I could take a 15 minute power nap, I bet my efficiency would really go up on those days.

Naps are wasted on babies when we need them, zzz man.

Hiker, can you run early in the morning? When it was 90 degrees here with a high humidity level a couple of weeks ago, I was going out at 5 am to get my training runs in before it got too hot.

I swear to god I must be married to the laziest man. I asked him to take the dirty laundry downstairs, meaing take it to the basement and put it in the washing maching. What does he do? Takes the basket downstairs and leaves it at the basement door....uggh he drives me bonkers!!

I see your problem, you tried giving him a hint you wanted him to start a load of laundry. Guys don't take hints, you asked for the laundry downstairs and thats exactly what you got. If you want a guy to start a load of laundry, you need to say "take the laundry downstairs and start or load, or you're not getting any for a month". Thats a hint a guy understands. BTW the second part is if he's actually lazy and not a typical guy that thinks, I'm glad she didn't ask me to start a load of wash to.

Hubby wants me to try and get a job in a bank so I’ll be home evening and weekends and get the FDIC holidays off.

I just hope I can find a job that pays half decent and I work mostly during the day.
