Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Why does everything in the USA have high fructose corn syrup in it? I'm going to buy bread pans tomorrow and make my own bread. The stuff without the HFCS in it tastes just as yucky as the stuff with. sad.png

Oh and I can't find decent coffee anywhere!!! Maybe sprouts?!

I am getting sick to death of being treated like I am some kind of retard.

My comment was solely because it appeared that this thread was devolving into posts of photos. Happily, it might have happened purely because of Sunday boredom.
