Oh yes indeed. Since having the band fitted I've had to make everything myself and it's been much, much cheaper. Good thing I'm the cook out of myself and Amy.

Gastric Band. I had it installed about three and a half weeks ago now. The reason I'm investigating gluten-free stuff is because according to the booklet I got post-surgery, stuff like fresh bread and the like isn't tolerated very well, and I suspect that's down to the gluten content. Might be something to check with the dietician about this week when I see them.

But enough about me and the surgery (maker knows I've prattled on about it). I'm still waiting on this punishment from someone. I'd say my body is ready but that would be kind of weird. Oh, wait. I said it.
