Today is weird.

It's Monday and Friday rolled into one.

And I'm leaving tomorrow to [undisclosed Location] so I'm not looking forward to the drive.

I think it woulda been cooler if I made my user name [undisclosed User]

But I've used up all my name changes for a year so that can't happen.

Or maybe it was one of those tailless beavers? I hear those guys love berries. Groundhogs, also known as woodchucks. How wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? If you have an iPhone, or a friend with one, ask Siri that question a few times.

He had a tail.

It was a skinny hairy thing.

I said I thought it was a baby beaver.

I thought maybe his tail hadn't grown right yet lolol

For me to get sword fish right now, I'd have to lug 300 gallons of gas to the boat one day (The gas docks in NYC remain closed). Then not go to sleep, start getting the gear ready at 9PM. Arrive at the boat at midnight, get underway by 2am, arrive at the canyon by 6 am (hopefully), look for fish on the east wall.....sit, or troll around all day, hope that I get a couple of fish fast, head home by 2 or 3 pm. arrive at dock by nightfall. Clean fish, clean boat. pack up, go home. By this time, I'm without sleep for 2 days. How do I know this? I've done it.

Nowadays, if I wanna go to the canyon, I charter. It's a lot easier...

Stop your whining and go get a swordfish. While you're there, get me a tuna.

The difference here is that I'm actually making the drive.

You're just complaining and doing nothing.

And you call yourself a fisherman.

I call you a fisherwoman.

Mmmm....beaver.......

Mmmm.....tuna.........

Hence why my husband won't let me live this down.

This thing was huge though.

Clearly a full grown groundhog.

They get pretty darn big. Down at our international airport they were all over the place for a while. You'd be driving in to catch a flight and you'd see about 50 of the guys. It was like a prairie dog colony only with groundhogs. I think they trapped them out or maybe they over populated and starved.
