question on G-325A

Hello,

I'm starting to fill out my G-325 A form and there's this field showing :This form is submitted for application for "

Naturalization,Permanent resident and others (specify)

Do I get to check the last one as I am applying for adjustment of status, and can I just type AOS.

The one that you attach to Form I485 = Other (Specify): Application to Register Permanent Residence

The one that you attach to Form I130 = Status as Permanent Resident

Already answered you on the question you left on my profile page, but will state here again since the above is not correct: You check the box that says, "Status as Permanent Resident" Example form for the G325A filed with he I-485 for AOS> http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A-aos.pdf

If you adjust from a K-1, you do not file an I-130.
