Hello everyone,

I've just gotten married and now I'm starting to get everything started for AOS and I need your feedbacks on how to fill up this form.My questions are:

Do I have to provide my new married name or the last name as it appears on my passport ?

What is an A #?Where can I find it?

What about my current USCIS Status? Is it still k1 visa status or non-immigrant?

Is the 1-194# the one showing on the 1-194 card which is the admission number?

Where can I find my non-immigration visa number?

I will appeciate it very much your help.God bless you all.

Do I have to provide my new married name or the last name as it appears on my passport ? If you are changing your name since you married, then you fill out all the forms in your new married name.

What is an A #?Where can I find it? Alien Registration Number. It can be found on the NOA2 approval notice for the I-129F, near the beneficiary's name.

What about my current USCIS Status? Is it still k1 visa status or non-immigrant? K-1 Visa Holder, like the example form> http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf

Is the 1-194# the one showing on the 1-194 card which is the admission number? Yes.

Where can I find my non-immigration visa number? Red number, lower right> http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=19&pid=88#top_display_media

Do I have to provide my new married name or the last name as it appears on my passport ? Use your married name.

What is an A #?Where can I find it? Above the beneficiary name on NOA2, below the petitioner name/info on the visa

What about my current USCIS Status? Is it still k1 visa status or non-immigrant? K-1

Is the 1-194# the one showing on the 1-194 card which is the admission number? Yes

Where can I find my non-immigration visa number? Lower right side of the visa, believe it's red ink.

I will appeciate it very much your help.God bless you all.
